Rick Yanac - Service Director

Rick brings over 25 years of experience to our service department. He has worked in many aspects of dealership fixed operations including as a parts advisor, parts manager, service advisor, and service manager. Rick spent 3 years working as a fixed operations consultant prior to joining our staff and brings to the table an unparalleled understanding knowledge of dealership best practices. 

Mark Demshick - Assistant Service Manager

Mark has been working in dealerships' fixed operations for over 24 years. He understands customer satisfaction unlike any other service consultant. He has always maintained a customer satisfaction mindset and will routinely go well above and beyond to satisfy anyone he comes in contact with. He recently joined our staff and looks forward to exceeding the expectations of Outten GM's clientele.

 

Cory Blass - Assistant Service Manager

Cory is also a recent addition to our staff and, with about 6 years of dealership experience is the junior member of our service staff. But what he lacks in experience, he more than makes up in enthusiasm to satisfy his customers and knowledge of automotive systems. Cory always prides himself on his ability tohelp all of his customers understand their vehicle's maintenance needs and the need to have any repairs performed quickly, reasonably, and with as little inconvenience as possible.
